Falcon Gas Storage Company, Inc. ("Falcon") and MoBay Storage Hub LLC ("MoBay"), through separate but common ownership (collectively, the "Company"), comprise one of the largest independently owned developer-operators of high-deliverability, multi-cycle ("HDMC") gas storage facilities in the United States.  The Company's two operating gas storage facilities, Hill-Lake and Worsham-Steed (together, the "NorTex Facilities"), are located near Dallas-Ft. Worth.  At 35 Bcf, the NorTex Facilities rank as the second largest portfolio of natural gas storage assets in North Texas.  Falcon provides gas storage services to electric power producers, electric and natural gas utilities, energy traders and natural gas marketers.  The Company's NorTex Facilities and development projects in the southeast and desert southwest together represent over 100 Bcf of HDMC storage capacity.
